What you’ll need:
40oz. The Father’s Table New York Style Cheesecake
8oz. Fresh Strawberries
2 Cups of Whipped Topping
5 – Fresh Kiwi Fruits
½ Cup Fresh Raspberries
1 Fresh Blueberry
2 T. Sugar
Peppermint candies
Directions:
Slice fresh strawberries in half, add sugar, mix, and then set aside. Spread whipped topping to cover cheesecake. Thinly slice kiwi fruit and arrange around the outer edge. Create a second ring of kiwi around the inner portion of the cheesecake, leaving the center empty. Crush peppermint pieces in a plastic bag and pour into the center. Scoop the strawberry mixture onto the top of the cheesecake to form a bow. Garnish with raspberries and a blueberry. Keep refrigerated.
