Pineapple Mango Coconut Cheesecake.

What You’ll Need:

1 – 40 oz. The Father’s Table New York Style or Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake, defrosted
1 – Mango
1 – Pineapple
1 – Bag of sweetened coconut flakes
1 – Tub of White Whipped Topping
1 – Maraschino cherry (optional)


Spread whipped topping on cheesecake. Sprinkle coconut flakes to fully cover whipped topping. Slice mango and pineapple into ½ inch wedges. Lay fruit in a fan position in the middle of the cheesecake, alternating the mango and pineapple as you go. Scoop a dollop of coconut flakes in middle of fruit wedges. Top with a cherry. Keep refrigerated.
