1 – 40 oz. The Father’s Table Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake, defrosted
2 cups Whipped Topping, divided
Blue Food Coloring
Green Food Coloring
1 cup Flaked Sweetened Coconut
Party-Favor Dinosaurs
Plastic Palm Trees
Sugar Cubes, cut into round boulders
In a bowl, combine 1 cup whipped topping and a few drops of green food coloring. In another bowl, combine 1 cup whipped topping and blue food coloring. Spread the blue topping on the cheesecake to form an “s” shaped stream across the center. Spread the green topping on either side of the blue topping. Place coconut in a plastic bag. Combine 1 teaspoon water with a few drops of green food coloring; add to coconut. Shake bag until coconut is evenly coated; sprinkle on the green whipped topping. Complete cake with dinosaurs, palm trees, and sugar cube boulders. Keep refrigerated.
