Roasted Almond Coconut Cheesecake.

What you’ll need:

1 – 40 oz. The Father’s Table New York Style Cheesecake, defrosted 2 cups of Almond Shavings
2 cups of flaked Coconut
1 Jar of Caramel Sauce
6 Strawberries

Directions: In a bowl, whip caramel sauce until smooth and spread topping on cheesecake. Using a few handfuls, sprinkle a layer of flaked Coconuts and Almond shavings on top of pool of caramel. In the center of the cheesecake spread a generous amount of flaked coconut to form a bed for your strawberries. Drizzle caramel sauce on top of almonds and flaked coconut to seal. Keep refrigerated.
