St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Cheesecake

St. Patricks Day Shamrock Cheesecake.

What You’ll Need:

1 – 40 oz. The Father’s Table New York Style or Chocolate Lover’s Cheesecake, defrosted
2 cups Whipped Topping
3 tbsp. Irish Cream liqueur, optional
Green Food Coloring
Mint Chocolates
Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans



In a bowl, combine whipped topping and Irish Cream (optional). Remove ½ cup and add a few drops of green food coloring to create the shamrock. Spread uncolored topping on cheesecake. With your mint chocolates, outline a shamrock and fill the green whipped topping within the chocolates. Use the chocolate covered espresso beans as the stem and also around the outside of the cheesecake. Use the remaining green whipped topping to pipe the edges (make sure you are doing this on the serving plate). Keep refrigerated. Serves 8
