White Chocolate Cherry Heart Cheesecake

Cherry Topped Heart Cheesecakes

What You’ll Need:

1 – 40 oz. The Father’s Table New York Style, defrosted
1 package (10 oz.) White Chocolate Baking Chips
½ tsp. Almond Extract
1 can (20 oz.) Cherry Pie Filling

Directions:

Place the rounded side of a 3-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter along the outside edge of the cheesecake to make 8 hearts. Melt white chocolate baking chips as directed on the package. Spread melted white chocolate over the hearts; allow to set at room temperature for 30 minutes. In a bowl, combine almond extract and cherry pie filling. Spoon filling over the cheesecake hearts. Arrange on a platter and serve. Keep refrigerated.

Serves 8.
